Disneyland Paris Turns 15

I remember when Disneyland Paris first opened. Can it really be 15 years ago? Apparently so! Although, much younger than Disneyland in California and Disney World in Florida, Disneyland Paris has made it’s mark on the social landscape and become a destination for millions from around the world. The birthday celebration comes at a time when Disney is also celebrating it’s Year of a Million Dreams and the fan-favored Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End is set to premiere. I get excited just thinking about it! Euro Disney S.A.S. Chairman and CEO Karl L. Holz said: For 15 years, … Continue reading

High School Musical has also traveled the country as a concert tour and an ice show. Soundtracks fly off the shelves. We own a copy of it here and my daughter loves it. Disney is better on the popularity of the first to attract … Continue reading

After saving enough money to go some place decent, I decided we would head down to Branson, Missouri, about a four-hour drive from Kansas City where we live. Branson is a great place in that it is affordable, especially when staying during the off-season, there are tons of things to do for every age, and the scenery is beautiful. However, I had never taken a vacation as the only parent of two kids so I remember feeling a … Continue reading
