Walt Disney World Closures and Extra Magic Hours for April 2008

If you are planning a trip to Walt Disney World in Florida during the month of April, you'll want to make sure you know about what attractions will be closed. If you're planning to stay at a Walt Disney World resort, you'll also want to know when and where you can take advantage of your Extra Magic Hours benefit. Following is all the information on both of these to keep you in the know.

Magic Kingdom:

Minnie's Country House will be closed for refurbishment from April 1, 2008 to April 23, 2008. Perhaps Minnie is having her kitchen redone?

Morning Extra Magic Hours at the Magic Kingdom Park will be on April 3, 10, 17 and 24. Evening Extra Magic Hours at the Magic Kingdom Park will be on April 7, 13, 20 and 27.

Epcot:

There are no scheduled closures at Epcot for the month of April.

Morning Extra Magic Hours at Epcot will be on April 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29. Evening Extra Magic Hours at Epcot will be on April 4, 11, 18 and 25.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Park:

There are no scheduled closures at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park for the month of April.

Morning Extra Magic Hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park will be on April 7, 14, 21 and 28. Evening Extra Magic Hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park will be on April 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30.

Disney's Hollywood Studios:

The American Film Institute Showcase will be closed for refurbishment from April 1, 2008 to April 30, 2008.

Morning Extra Magic Hours at Disney's Hollywood Studios will be on April 5, 12, 19 and 26. Evening Extra Magic Hours at Disney's Hollywood Studios will be on April 6, 14, 21 and 28.

Disney's Blizzard Beach:

There are no scheduled closures at Disney's Blizzard Beach for the month of April.

Disney's Typhoon Lagoon:

There are no scheduled closures at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon for the month of April.
