Toy Story Mania Opening!

Toy Story Mania is now open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and will open at Disney’s California Adventure in June (June 17). The park’s Imagineers have been tweaking the attraction after visits from Disney Vacation Club members and members of the press. What’s the vote on the new attraction? The 2008 Emmy Rundown

After an opening from Oprah, the 60th Annual Emmys kicked off and lot of stars found themselves taking home the coveted statue last night. In a different twist, last night’s show was hosted by five reality hosts – Ryan Seacrest (“American Idol”), Tom Bergeron (“Dancing with the Stars”), Heidi Klum (“Project Runway”), Howie Mandel (“Deal or No Deal”), and Jeff Probst (“Survivor”). Buzz Lightyear in Outer Space?

Buzz Lightyear is back in space. Saturday afternoon around 5 p.m. ET, the Space Shuttle Discovery launched from the Kennedy Space Center with Buzz Lightyear onboard. The mission labeled STS-124 with Buzz on board is featured as part of the kickoff to “Toys in Space” the Space Ranger Education series in conjunction with NASA. This educational program encourages the aspirations of millions of children who dream of one day walking among the stars. The series promotes studies in technology, math and science.
