Disneyland and Labor Union Settle On Health Insurance

The Disneyland Resort, located in Anaheim, California, has finally reached a contract agreement with the workers of the Unite Here Local 11 labor union. This dispute has been going on for four years, and is mostly about health insurance. Health insurance is extremely important. The month-long period between mid-May and mid-June seems full of one thing: graduates. Starting with college graduations in the middle of May and continuing with the high school graduations scattered throughout June, it seems there’s a fete for a graduate everywhere we turn this time of year.
